CLASSES
Tabata
High intensity workout, 20 secs work, 10 secs rest with 8x rounds of each exercise. A great session to get your heart rate up.


hiIt
A very high intensity cardio based class generally involving running with limited breaks and a real challenge with more of a bootcamp style.
Strength
More compound movements focussing on heavier exercises such as squats, bench press, chin ups, shoulder press, a great session for those focussing on muscle gain.


Heavy & Fast
Higher intensity moves combined with slow, heavy strength moves to make one class designed to get everything pumping.
BOXING
Individual effort with each person having their own bag. Every participant requires their own wraps and gloves, both of which we sell and are available via the app.


Mobility
A combination of two sessions, with half focusing on mobility to help us move and feel better. The other half focusing on glute, hip and core work.
ENDURO
An intense 90+ min workout in and out of the gym designed to push you to your limit mentally and physically. These sessions are the ideal training for events such as True Grit, Spartan etc to challenge yourself and learn the monkey bars, rope climbs and build up your endurance.
